LCHS is pleased to announce that The Fix Is In is offering low-cost spay and neuter surgeries for cats and dogs at our new building! The August surgery date will be the 23rd. You will need to call The Fix Is In at 715-550-7729 to set up appointment.
Prices for dog surgeries range from $85-$100 (including the rabies vaccine) and $40-$50 for cats (including the rabies vaccine). You can check out their website for an additional services and information. www.the-fix-is-in.org

Join us September 14th at 5pm for our monthly Board of Directors meeting. The meeting will be held in our new building on the corner of 6th Street and Memorial Drive. Meetings are open to the public. Please join us to find out new ways to get involved and support the animals of the shelter.
Stop by Nelson's County Market in Tomahawk on September 15th to support our Annual Fall Ride Bake Sale! Jim Daenicke & Sally Thayer will be there with tons of delicious baked goods for sale. All of the money from the sale goes directly to the animals calling LCHS their temporary home.

The Lincoln County Humane Society is preparing for our Annual Fall Banquet on October 8th, 2016! It will once again be held at Les & Jim's in Merrill. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. and dinner will be held at 6:30 p.m. A $40 ticket includes your dinner, a door prize, and the chance to win the main prize!
We are looking for businesses to donate prizes or provide sponsorship for the night. If you are interested in donating, we can provide a tax-donation receipt for you or your business. Please contact Johanna at 715-536-5841 if you would like to help out!

Our annual Cruzin' Fur Critters Poker Run will be held June 10, 2017! We are establishing which businesses will be stops this year and we will keep everyone posted as more details emerge.
Registration is $20 per person and includes the poker hand, food, and live music at the end stop.
