Bake sale on site with all proceeds going to the Lincoln County Humane Society! If you are interested in donating a baked good, please call Jim at 715-966-1961.

Rabies Clinic - May 6, 4:30pm-5:30pm

Dr. Griffin from Willow Springs Pet Care will be hosting a Rabies Clinic at LCHS on May 6, 4:30-5:30pm. This clinic will be held in the shelter's garage. Registration will be in the west end of our parking lot. You will come to register and pay (cash or check only - checks should be written out to "Willow Springs Pet Care"), and then wait in your vehicle until it is your turn to see the vet. Masks are required.


Please do not bring dogs out of the vehicle until you have registered. When your name is called to bring in your dog, please make sure the dog is leashed. Cats must be in carriers. If you have questions regarding the vaccines or additional services, please call their clinic at 715-675-4030.


Rabies Vaccine $25

Distemper Vaccine (Dogs) $30/with lepto, $25/ without lepto

Distemper Vaccine (Cats) $25

Lymes Vaccine $35

Kennel Cough $25

If your pets are current on any vaccinations, please bring any records along. Please note, this clinic is hosted by Willow Springs Pet Care - all records of vaccines will be retained by Willow Springs, LCHS will not have copies of vaccines given. Dog licenses are not available for sale during the clinic. 


LCHS Online Benefit Auction

LCHS will be hosting our second Benefit Auction May 3-6. The Auction is held on facebook - the name of the page is "LCHS Benefit Auction Merrill, WI." To join the page, simply search the name on facebook. You wlil be able to see preview photos of items that will be on the Auction and learn more about the rules of the Auction.

Walk (Run) for Whiskers 5K

Join us May 8, 2021 for our Third Annual Walk 4 Whiskers 5K Event! $5 per participant! 

The walk will be held at the Agra Pavilion at Merrill's River Bend Trail. Registration will be held from 9am-10am. Registration will be staggered so we can maintain social distancing between participants.

There will not be a lunch this year but participants will receive bottled water and a goody bag. There will be raffles and a plant sale! The raffles and plant sale will begin at 9am. The drawing for the raffle prizes will be held at 11am. 

If you are interested in donating a plant for the sale, please contact Liz at 715-536-3459. 

Friendly dogs are welcome at the event but must be leashed. 

Summer Knights Car Club

Summer Knights Car Club will be hosting their Annual Show at Sara Park in Tomahawk on June 26th from 7am-3pm. There will be trophies and food vendors on site. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to LCHS!
